The Central Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations deploy key tasks

The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central organizations will launch the "Digital Front Portal," selecting one model for social dialogue and one model for community security in each province/city.

On October 17, in Hanoi , the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations held a conference to study, learn and disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations, term 2025-2030; the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress and the announcement of the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

At the main bridge, there were nearly 200 delegates who were members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Fatherland Front , central mass organizations; leaders of departments and units of the Party Committee; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, members of the Executive Committees of affiliated party organizations; and all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and employees of the Party Committee of advisory and support agencies.

At 8 affiliated party organizations, there were online connections to 48 points with the participation of 1,889 delegates and 740 delegates studying via live television.

Thoroughly grasping the key and core contents of the Resolution of the First Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, term 2025-2030, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations Nguyen Thai Hoc stated that the First Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations will be held from September 22-23, 2025 in Hanoi with the participation of 346 official delegates of 25 affiliated party organizations.

Regarding viewpoints, directions, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress identified 10 main target groups, 8 key tasks; 10 main solution groups on leadership in implementing political tasks; 5 solution groups on Party building work.

The Congress agreed to develop an action program for the 2025-2030 term, along with a specific plan to implement the directives of General Secretary To Lam, with specific implementation milestones as follows:

Within 3 months after the Congress: Complete the organization, issue the 3-consistency Implementation Plan, launch the "Digital Front Portal", select 1 model for social dialogue and 1 model for community security in each province/city.

In the 6 months after the Congress: Organize "Listen to the People's Voice Month" simultaneously at all levels, organizations and unions under the Front; operate digital maps on people's livelihood issues; end the "inverted cone" situation in the Youth Union and Women's Union by planning to expand facilities in industrial parks, boarding houses, and new rural areas.

Within 1 year: Independently evaluate the provincial social trust index; announce community security results; replicate the social dialogue model if the criteria are met.

At the conference, delegates also listened to Party Central Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice President-General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha inform about the direction of General Secretary To Lam for the Congress; Alternate Party Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations Nguyen Phi Long quickly announce the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee./.
