The Cat Tien 3 Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term to summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term and decide on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term; review the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Cat Tien 3 commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Tien Hoang, Gia Vien and Dong Nai Thuong. According to the assessment, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the socio-economy of Cat Tien 3 commune continues to develop, national defense and security are maintained; Party building and the political system are strengthened. During the term, the Party Committee has achieved and exceeded 12 targets set by the congress resolution.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune, delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

Agriculture plays an important role in the economy of the commune, which is developed in a commodity and sustainable direction. The locality has focused on applying science and technology to production, associated with converting crops and livestock to bring high economic efficiency. Forms of cooperation linking production and consumption according to the value chain associated with building growing area codes for export are of interest.

Comrade Tran Quang Trung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune, presented the Draft Political Report of the Congress.

Infrastructure has received investment attention, especially traffic infrastructure, with 100% of roads being asphalted or concreted; irrigation serving about 50% of production area; 100% of public educational facilities being invested in solid construction... Investment projects completed and put into operation, contributing to promoting economic growth.

Comrade Tran Dinh Thai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune, presented the Draft review of the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the past term.

The work of building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system has been strengthened, promoting the core role in leading local political tasks. The work of training, fostering, improving the level of political theory and professional skills for cadres and Party members; strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, promptly grasping public opinion to orient appropriate propaganda has been focused on.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ton Thien Dong emphasized that Cat Tien 3 is a purely agricultural commune; at the same time, it is a locality with a large number of ethnic minorities, therefore the Party Executive Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune needs to proactively review, reduce, and simplify administrative procedures, creating maximum conditions for people, businesses, and business households to expand production and business in the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo. Special attention should be paid to encouraging the application of technology in production and business.

At the same time, quickly stabilize the organization, build great solidarity, unify will and action throughout the Party: This is the top priority and has decisive significance.

Implementing comprehensive digital transformation. This is an inevitable trend and one of the major orientations of the Central Government, which has been specified in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
