8 grassroots Party organizations and all 1,002 Party members under the district, city and town Party Committees were transferred to the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, including: Pu Mat National Park Party Committee; Party Committees of the schools: Nghe An University of Economics , Vinh University of Medicine, Nghe An Pedagogical College, Nghe An College of Culture and Arts, Nghe An Viet Duc College, Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College and Nghe An College of Tourism - Commerce.

The transfer aims to implement the Project of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the arrangement of grassroots Party organizations for the period 2024 - 2025 and the following years. With the reception of 8 grassroots Party organizations according to Decision 2961, the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies Bloc will have 70 grassroots Party organizations, including 47 Party Committees, 23 Party cells with nearly 6,300 Party members.
