The Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front works with Party cells of mass organizations before the merger.

On July 14, the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a working session with the Party Cells of mass organizations assigned by the Party and State in Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces (before the merger).

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and chaired the meeting.

Implementing Project No. 09-DA/TU dated June 25, 2025 of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee on merging the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial level, after the merger, Tuyen Quang province has 21 mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial level.

The Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued Decision No. 12 dated July 11, 2025 on the establishment of the Party Cell of Mass Associations (referred to as Cell 12) consisting of 95 Party members. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Long, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, was appointed as the Party Cell Secretary.

The meeting was held to assess the situation of activities and Party building work in mass association branches; listen to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and party members; discuss, agree and propose solutions to unify the Associations, and agree on the plan to organize the Congress as planned.

Speaking at the working session, comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, emphasized that the merger of organizations according to the project is an important step in the process of streamlining the organizational apparatus and improving the operational efficiency of the political system. He hopes that the Associations will continue to contribute, promote the role of political core, uphold the principles of Party activities, discuss solutions, and agree on merger plans to effectively implement tasks.
