Titled Tuesday is the most prestigious online blitz chess tournament organized by Chess.com every week, which has just ended with impressive performances from Vietnamese players.
Among the international superstars, Vietnamese chess prodigy - Dau Khuong Duy became the center of attention when he finished in 4th place overall.
This week's Titled Tuesday tournament brings together many famous players, including world- class names such as Chess King Magnus Carlsen and "Lightning God" Hikaru Nakamura.
On the evening of October 14, Vietnam had a large presence with players Le Quang Liem, Le Tuan Minh, Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son, and especially young talent Dau Khuong Duy.
After 11 intense matches, Dau Khuong Duy created a big surprise when he achieved 9 points (9 wins, 2 losses), winning 4th place overall.
This achievement not only brought the young player a $250 prize but also affirmed the Vietnamese prodigy's ability to compete fairly with top grandmasters (GMs).

In addition, Vietnamese chess also received good news from female players. Pham Le Thao Nguyen excellently achieved 6.5 points and won the title of Female Player with the highest score at Titled Tuesday this week, and received a prize of 100 USD.
At the end of the tournament, Chess King Magnus Carlsen became the champion with 10 points, after defeating Grandmaster Le Tuan Minh in the final game, receiving a prize of 1,000 USD.
Titled Tuesday is an 11-game Swiss-system chess tournament, organized weekly by Chess.com, for players with the title of grandmaster or higher.
The tournament was born in 2022 and quickly became one of the prestigious online tournaments of the blitz chess system.
With attractive prize money, Titled Tuesday regularly attracts top stars such as Chess King Magnus Carlsen or Hikaru Nakamura.
