Connecting industry, trade and consumption
Following the directive documents No. 8609/VPCP-KTTH dated September 12, 2025 and No. 8894/VPCP-KTTH dated September 19, 2025, on September 25, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh issued Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg, assigning the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup Corporation, Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) and relevant ministries, agencies, localities and units to urgently organize the 2025 Autumn Fair in October 2025.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is held to continue the success of the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness journey", promote domestic market development, stimulate consumption, connect supply and demand, connect supply chains, contributing to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025.
In addition, the fair aims to create a channel to promote trade, investment, consumption, economic connection, trade connection, goods, industry, agriculture , services, promote domestic production activities and import and export activities.
Urgently implementing the assigned tasks, on September 27, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Plan to organize the Vietnam National Industry, Trade and Consumer Goods Fair - Autumn 2025 (abbreviated as Autumn Fair 2025).
Accordingly, the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to officially take place from October 26 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi with a scale of over 100,000m2, equivalent to about 3,000 standard booths.

This is a national trade promotion event, affirming the Government's determination to promote trade, expand domestic and international markets, and promote the potential of industry, trade, services, tourism and culture.
With the message “Connecting Industry – Trade – Consumption”, the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to include 10 exhibition halls with about 3,000 standard booths. Participants are organizations, businesses, and cooperatives of all economic sectors at home and abroad.
Linking trade with cultural and social development
The fair is divided into 5 main zones:
Zone 1 (Hall 1 & 2): Display of domestic and international goods and services (Ministry of Industry and Trade in charge).
Zone 2 (Hall 3 & 4): Introducing regional specialties, products with geographical indications, collective trademarks, and certification trademarks of localities (Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Zone 3 (Hall 5, 6, 7): Displaying branded products in the Vincom retail system and interior and exterior wooden furniture products (in charge of Vingroup/VEC Corporation).
Zone 4 (Hall 8 and main hall): Introducing typical industrial and commercial products, OCOP products, craft villages, culture - tourism, cuisine, product experience demonstration, trade connection (Hanoi People's Committee).
Zone 5 (Central Zone): Organizing cultural activities, promoting traditional Ao Dai, cuisine, tourism, cultural industry and art events (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
According to the assigned tasks, the Ministry of Industry and Trade presides over the organization and implementation of the Steering Committee, invites enterprises to participate, designs and constructs the subdivision, organizes the opening and closing ceremonies, conferences and trade forums; and promotes in domestic and foreign media.
The Ministry of Finance guides, arranges funding, controls procedures and settlement.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is in charge of the central subdivision, organizing daily cultural and entertainment events, and promoting communications.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides information to Vietnamese representative agencies abroad and facilitates visas for international guests.
Hanoi People's Committee constructs and sets up assigned zones, organizes propaganda, and arranges public transportation to the fair.
People's Committees of provinces and cities: Build local booths, promote specialty products and geographical indications.
Vingroup/VEC: Organizes Vincom subdivision and furniture, supports infrastructure, logistics, and transportation (VinBus).
The 2025 Autumn Fair is not only an event to display and promote goods and services, but also an opportunity to connect trade, promote investment cooperation, and expand domestic and international consumption markets. At the same time, the event contributes to promoting the image of the country, culture, and tourism of Vietnam, linking trade with cultural and social development.
With the direct direction of the Prime Minister, the synchronous participation of ministries, branches, localities and enterprises, the 2025 Autumn Fair promises to become one of the key trade promotion events of the year, contributing significantly to the goal of sustainable economic development of Vietnam in the new period.
