Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants; Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BNV dated December 2, 2020 of the Minister of Home Affairs promulgating the Regulations on organizing examinations, recruitment of civil servants, public employees, civil servant promotion exams, examinations or consideration for promotion of professional titles of public employees; Internal regulations on examinations, recruitment of civil servants, public employees, civil servant promotion exams, examinations or consideration for promotion of professional titles of public employees; Pursuant to Decision No. 187/QD-TTĐN dated October 27, 2023 on the establishment of the Recruitment Council of civil servants of the Department of Foreign Information in 2023; Pursuant to Decision No. 162/QD-TTĐN dated December 6, 2023 on approving the list of candidates who meet the conditions and standards to participate in the 2023 civil servant recruitment exam of the Department of Foreign Information (Round 1), the Civil Servant Recruitment Council of the Department of Foreign Information (hereinafter referred to as the Recruitment Council) announces the summons of candidates who meet the conditions and standards to participate in Round 1 of the civil servant recruitment exam of the Department of Foreign Information in 2023, specifically as follows: 1. List of candidates who meet the conditions and standards to participate in the civil servant recruitment exam of the Department of Foreign Information (Round 1): posted on the website of the Department of Foreign Information: www.vietnam.vn and the electronic information portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications : www.mic.gov.vn. Candidates are requested to self-check and verify personal information in the List of qualified candidates, standards for taking the civil servant recruitment exam of the Department of Foreign Information posted on the Electronic Information Page of the Department of Foreign Information and the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications. If any information is found to be incorrect, please submit a Request to the Recruitment Council (through the Office of the Department) of the Department of Foreign Information before December 18, 2023 for consideration and adjustment (if any). 2. Time and location for exam procedures: a) Time: 8:30 a.m. on December 23, 2023 (Saturday). b) Location: 10th floor of the Radio Frequency Department Building, 115 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi. c) Content: opening the exam and exam procedures including: - Opening the exam; - Exam procedures: + Checking original diplomas for candidates exempted from foreign language exams; + Exam fee collection. 3. Time and location of Round 1 (computer-based multiple choice test) a) Time: December 23, 2023 (Saturday) From 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.: check-in to the exam room From 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: General Knowledge exam From 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: English exam. b) Exam location: Hall on the 10th floor, Radio Frequency Department Building, 115 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. Detailed information about the list of candidates by registration number, by exam room, and the exam room location map will be posted at the exam location on December 22, 2023 and will also be announced at the exam opening ceremony on December 23, 2023. c) Requirements for candidates: - Candidates must be present in the examination room at least 30 minutes before the examination time; - Study the regulations for the civil servant recruitment exam ( in Appendix 1 attached ) posted at the Radio Frequency Department Building, and posted on the Electronic Information Page of the Department of Foreign Information and the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications from the date of the Notice of summoning qualified candidates to take the Round 1 exam of the Department of Foreign Information's civil servant recruitment exam in 2023. - Candidates are requested to take the Round 1 exam at the above time and bring their Citizen Identification Card or one of the other legal identification documents with a photo attached for the examination room supervisor to check when called into the examination room. 4. Examination fee: 500,000 VND/candidate. If candidates do not pay the recruitment fee according to this Notice, they will not be allowed to take the exam. 5. The list of review contents for the civil service exam of the Department of Foreign Information is posted on the website of the Department of Foreign Information: www.vietnam.vn and the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications: www.mic.gov.vn ( in Appendix 2 attached ). 6. This notice is posted on the website of the Department of Foreign Information, the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications and posted at the headquarters of the Department of Foreign Information. The summons notice is also sent by post to candidates. In case the candidates in the List of Candidates meet the conditions and standards for the civil servant recruitment exam of the Department of Foreign Information but do not receive the summons notice from the Recruitment Council, they must still be present in full and on time at the above-mentioned location to attend the opening ceremony, complete the exam procedures and participate in the first round of the exam.
