Postgraduate training is the focus of Thu Dau Mot University in the new phase.

On the morning of September 6, Thu Dau Mot University (under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City) held an opening ceremony, welcoming 194 new students admitted to master's training programs in 12 majors.

Thu Dau Mot University currently has 2,000 students and postgraduates studying postgraduate training programs (masters, doctorates) in the following fields: Business administration, finance - banking, accounting, information systems, educational management, social work, English language, economic law, Vietnamese literature, chemistry, environmental science and history.

Dr. Ngo Hong Diep, Vice Principal of Thu Dau Mot University, said that the university's postgraduate training activities have achieved many important steps forward, in which some majors have become key majors.

The achievements in recent years not only contribute to enhancing the school's position but also provide society with a team of highly qualified intellectuals, meeting the requirements of developing quality human resources.

Dr. Ngo Hong Diep affirmed that postgraduate training is currently identified as one of the key tasks of the school in the new period. "The intellectuals trained here will directly contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City to expand the dynamic economic, scientific and technological, educational and training center of the country and the region," said Dr. Ngo Hong Diep.
