Land auction in Ha Dong district: 22 plots of land had their deposits forfeited

(Dan Tri) - The auction of 27 land lots in Ha Dong district ( Hanoi ) in October 2024 has expired, with 22 land lots, accounting for 80%, having forfeited their deposits.

According to information from the representative of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board (Hanoi City), the deadline for paying land use fees has expired since the auction of 27 land plots in Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District in October 2024.

However, only 5/27 plots of land have been fully paid by customers. Of which, the plot with the highest bid of 262 million VND/m2 has been fully paid. This plot has an area of ​​57.5m2, total value of 15 billion VND. The remaining 22 plots of land were abandoned by customers who did not pay the land use fee after the auction results were announced.

The representative of the Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the remaining 22 plots of land will continue to be auctioned by the authorities in the coming time.

Previously, on the morning of October 19, 2024, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 27 residential land plots in the locations of Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B, Phu Luong ward); Sau Chua area (symbol X8, Yen Nghia ward); Duoc area (symbol X7, Duong Noi ward).

The plots of land to be auctioned range in area from 48.7m2 to 72.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2, and deposits ranging from 221.9 million to 436.3 million VND/plot. The purpose of land use is urban residential land, the form of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.

Of which, the highest winning lot belongs to Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with the winning price of more than 262 million VND/m2 with an area of ​​57.5m2, totaling 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price. The lowest lot has a price of nearly 132.8 million VND/m2.
