The first World Culture Festival in Hanoi was held from October 10 to 12 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Center - a UNESCO-recognized World Cultural Heritage. The event is a place where culture connects hearts and compassion has no borders. Where culture joins in responding to global challenges, including climate change, in the spirit of "Connecting - Sharing - Spreading love".
The first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi took place with the participation of many international friends, artists, social organizations, businesses and Vietnamese people. Specifically, it gathered 48 participating countries with 45 national cultural spaces, 34 international culinary booths, 23 domestic and foreign art troupes, 12 units introducing books and publications, 22 countries participating in the international film screening program. The event was not only a friendly meeting of cultures around the world, but also a humanitarian journey towards communities that are heavily affected by natural disasters, demonstrating the spirit of international solidarity in solving common global challenges, including the issue of climate change, which no country can stand outside.

At the Festival, colorful cultural spaces were vividly recreated: From traditional Asian - European dances, international costumes and cuisine displays, to unique Vietnamese art performances with the message "The world beats together with love". In particular, the charity auction and donation program attracted strong response. All funds raised will be transferred to localities affected by floods, to support the reconstruction of houses, schools and civil works.
The first World Culture Festival in Hanoi not only honors cultural diversity, but also demonstrates the spirit of humanity, when people, regardless of language or skin color, still share the same heart and spirit of solidarity, joining hands to heal the world, for a better life. The event space closed with the image of hundreds of lit candles, symbolizing the light of humanity, empathy and belief in a brighter future. The World Culture Festival, a bridge of culture, art and humanity, continues to affirm the message: "When culture connects, the world joins hands, there is no challenge that cannot be overcome, for a sustainable future for everyone."
