David Beckham is sick of watching Man Utd play

(Dan Tri) - Former Man Utd star David Beckham announced that he is fed up with watching the team that made his name play in recent seasons.

"As a former player and a fan of the club, I hope they are as heartbroken as we, the fans of the club," David Beckham told CBS Sports Golazo about Man Utd's poor start to the season in all competitions this season.

This season, the Old Trafford team has only won one of the opening five matches in all competitions. In particular, the "Red Devils" just suffered a 0-3 defeat against Man City in the fourth round of the Premier League, leaving them in 14th place on the table and repeating the dismal season of last year.

"As professionals, they must feel heartbroken. They don't go out there to win. They feel scared when they have to face a team like Man City, right at the Etihad.

And like I said, as a fan of the team, I feel quite fed up watching these games and seeing what we, the fans, are seeing," David Beckham expressed.

This weekend, Man Utd will have to face another very strong opponent, Chelsea, in round 5 of the Premier League. If they continue to fail, coach Ruben Amorim is predicted to have difficulty keeping the "hot seat" despite previous information that the Man Utd leadership still has faith in the Portuguese strategist.
