The Provincial People's Council's supervision delegation deployed thematic supervision of "Administrative reform work in the province for the period 2020 - 2023" in Hong Linh town.
At the working session, the monitoring delegation listened to the leaders of Hong Linh Town report on the administrative reform (AR) work of the town. Accordingly, from January 1, 2021 to August 31, 2023, the AR work of the town has achieved many positive results, thereby contributing significantly to the implementation of professional tasks.
The direction, management, propaganda and implementation of documents from superiors on administrative reform are of interest to Hong Linh town. The training and improvement of the quality of civil servants and public employees are maintained and implemented regularly, ensuring the provisions of the law. Thereby, contributing significantly to improving the qualifications and capacity of civil servants and public employees and performing well the assigned tasks; meeting the requirements of administrative reform, contributing to building a professional and modern administration.
Chairman of Hong Linh Town People's Committee Nguyen Huy Hung reported and clarified a number of contents on administrative reform work in the area.
In the period of 2021 - 2023, the town has digitized records and documents, the results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) in 2021 reached 87.92%; in 2022 reached 93.05%; and in the first 9 months of 2023 reached 87.66%.
Regarding the organizational reform, from 2021 to now, the Town People's Committee has not established new, consolidated, or rearranged specialized departments, but has maintained 12 departments and 5 affiliated public service units. In addition, the town has directed the agencies and units under the Town People's Committee and the People's Committees of wards and communes to review, update, and supplement the contents to complete the working regulations and implement them according to the issued regulations.
