Advance traffic diversion time to serve the General Training on August 21

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); The Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Hanoi City solemnly organized the Celebration Ceremony, parade, and march; starting at 6:30 a.m. on September 2, 2025.

Before that, the Organizing Committee will conduct the first General Practice from 8:00 p.m. on August 21, 2025; the second General Practice from 8:00 p.m. on August 24, 2025; the Preliminary Review from 8:00 p.m. on August 27, 2025 and the General Review from 6:30 a.m. on August 30, 2025.

On August 13, 2025, Hanoi City Police issued a notice on traffic diversion to serve the activities of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and was publicly announced on the Hanoi City Police Electronic Information Portal and mass media for all people to know.

On August 21, 2025, as planned, the Organizing Committee of the Anniversary Ceremony will conduct the first General Training.

To ensure security and safety for this activity, Hanoi City Police announces traffic flow and organizes directions for vehicles as follows:

1. Time of road closure, temporary closure and vehicle restriction on August 21, 2025: Starting from 11:30 a.m. on August 21, 2025 to 3:00 a.m. on August 22, 2025 (5:30 a.m. earlier than the previous announcement).

2. Routes with complete bans, temporary bans and traffic restrictions remain as previously announced.

During the Celebration, the time of banning, temporary banning and restricting traffic on some routes may change and be adjusted to ensure compliance with the program of the Celebration Organizing Committee.

People are requested to regularly update information on the website: https://a80.hanoi.gov.vn, and other official media before participating in the activities of the Anniversary.

Hanoi City Police informs people and traffic participants to know, comply, choose appropriate travel routes and support the police force to complete its tasks; regularly monitor and update information related to the organization of the Anniversary Ceremony to proactively move appropriately and prevent traffic jams./.
