At the working session of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee with the Department of Planning and Investment on the morning of November 12, the Department of Planning and Investment proposed to allocate the local budget capital plan for the 5 years 2021 - 2025 that has not been allocated to 12 projects, which is 780.49 billion VND. Of which, 11 newly started projects expected to be completed in the period 2021 - 2025 are 435.269 billion VND, 1 newly started project to be completed after 2025 is 345.221 billion VND.
Support for the implementation of the national target program on new rural construction, the unallocated capital plan for the 5-year period 2021-2025 is 93,646 billion VND; the Project "Developing concentrated goods, applying high technology and organic agriculture in the period 2021-2025" is 260 billion VND.
The Department of Planning and Investment also proposed to reduce 645,298 billion VND of 20 projects that are unable to disburse all the reduced capital in 2024.
At the meeting, Comrade Trinh Thuy Nga, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, agreed with the content of the proposed report of the Department of Planning and Investment. He requested the Department of Planning and Investment to review the policy of supporting the construction of advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas of the province to propose appropriate capital allocation; promptly complete the report of the Provincial People's Committee and draft resolution on the plan for allocating public investment capital from the local budget and adjusting and allocating the 2024 plan (provincial budget source) to submit to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
