Hoa Phat Refrigeration increases warranty period to 3 years for large capacity freezers and refrigerators

This policy is introduced in the context of increasing demand for frozen food, especially in businesses, restaurants and processing facilities. Equipment with large capacity, stable operation and high durability are increasingly popular. From August 1, 2025, Hoa Phat Refrigeration officially implemented a policy of extending the warranty period from 24 months to 36 months for freezers and refrigerators with a capacity of over 400 liters. For refrigerators with a capacity of less than 400 liters, the warranty period will continue to be 24 months as present.

From August 2025, the warranty period for large capacity freezers of Hoa Phat will officially be increased to 3 years.

In addition, customers can exchange the product within the first 30 days if there is a technical error from the manufacturer. The policy does not apply to cases where the product is damaged due to incorrect use, impact, water ingress or has been repaired outside the authorized warranty system.

Currently, Hoa Phat Refrigeration owns a network of 108 warranty stations nationwide. Thanks to the extensive system, technical problems are received and handled quickly, helping the equipment always operate stably, without interrupting the user's business operations.
