Adjusting the progress of the housing construction project in Phu Thinh Urban Area (Dien Ban)

The Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the implementation time to the end of February 2025 to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction.

By the end of September 2025, the project will be completed, accepted and put into operation.

The Provincial People's Committee requested Phuoc Nguyen General Services Company Limited (investor) to work with Dien Ban Town People's Committee to review and evaluate the possibility of compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

Urgently deploy the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with legal regulations on construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; take full responsibility before the law for any violations in project investment, construction and real estate business at the project.

Prepare detailed project progress (including compensation and site clearance progress; project construction investment progress and capital allocation plan) and send it to the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Dien Ban Town People's Committee as a basis for progress management and monitoring of project implementation according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to urgently direct relevant departments, units and localities to coordinate with the investor to focus on speeding up the progress, resolving problems in compensation and site clearance; urging the investor to speed up the construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved planning and ensuring the progress time adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee.

In case compensation and site clearance for the remaining area are not completed by the end of February 2025, Dien Ban town will coordinate with the investor to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance work, and propose to the Provincial People's Committee a solution to complete the project.
