Central working delegation visited and gave Tet gifts to our province

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, on January 21, the Central Working Delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Khac Dinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly , visited and presented Tet gifts from the Party and State to poor households in Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac). Accompanying him were Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province.

Speaking to encourage and wish the people of Thuan Bac district a Happy New Year, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh acknowledged and commended the results that Ninh Thuan province in general and Thuan Bac district in particular have achieved in 2023, thereby contributing to improving people's lives and creating a new look for urban, rural and mountainous areas.

In the new year 2024, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh requested the leaders of Thuan Bac province and district to continue to pay attention to implementing well the work of social security and welfare, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, especially for people in mountainous areas, ethnic minorities, and particularly difficult areas. He suggested that the locality should pay attention to prioritizing funding from the budget and mobilizing funding sources to support policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households, people in especially difficult circumstances and build essential works to serve the lives of people in highland and rural areas in the area. Continue to pay attention to taking care of Tet for poor households and policy families, so that everyone and every family can welcome the joyful and warm New Year of the Dragon 2024.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh presented 30 gifts to 30 Raglai households in difficult circumstances in Cong Hai commune. He sent his best wishes for a happy and joyful New Year to the people and hoped that they would continue to make efforts, overcome difficulties, develop the economy, and build a prosperous and happy life.
