contents to all party members of the Party Cell

Attending and chairing the meeting were comrade Be Dang Khoa - Party Cell Secretary, Department Director and 25 Party Cell members.

Deploying the meeting's contents, comrade Be Dang Khoa disseminated and thoroughly grasped the contents of Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period, and at the same time informed party members about the results of organizing and implementing the Party Congresses at the commune and ward levels and towards the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress.

At the meeting, the Party Cell evaluated the results of implementing the August Resolution with many outstanding contents. The collective leadership and party members organized discussions and contributed ideas enthusiastically, specifically, there were 07 opinions from party members focusing on the following contents: Party cells actively advised and promptly implemented directive documents of the Party, the State and superiors; maintaining the working order in accordance with Party Cell regulations; the professional work of the Department continued to be promoted; the organization and internal affairs of the staff agency were advised and perfected according to regulations; emulation and commendation work...

Regarding the September orientation , the Party Cell clearly identified key tasks including: Party cells continue to disseminate and educate Party members about the Party and State's directive documents; continue to advise the Organization's Leaders on the implementation of professional tasks according to the set plan; conduct training for commune and ward officials, civil servants, and prestigious people; deploy propaganda content on newspapers and radio; deploy work to prevent and combat early marriage and consanguineous marriage; comply with the rules and regulations of the agency and for Party members; continue to carry out administrative reform and digital transformation well in conjunction with professional tasks; propose thematic activities in the coming time, etc.

Evaluating the quality of the meeting, comrade Be Dang Khoa highly appreciated the preparation work of the Party Cell Committee, the tasks in the Party Cell Resolution were presented to the collective for assessment and monitoring of implementation results, thereby pointing out the remaining shortcomings and limitations and providing directions for resolution in the following month. The management and discussion contents were conducted in a focused manner, with many opinions expressed by party members who do not hold management positions, demonstrating a more democratic and objective spirit. The Party Cell Committee listened, accepted and answered the opinions. With the contents deployed in the meeting, the Party Cell Secretary scored the quality of the meeting at 97 points, showing that although the Party Cell meeting contents have just been deployed according to Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee, they have been renewed and the quality of the meeting has been improved.

At the end of the meeting, comrade Be Dang Khoa hoped that the Party Committee would continue to advise on Party cell activities in the following periods in the direction of continuing to innovate content and form to be effective, practical, and suitable to the situation and tasks of the agency; for Party members to continue to promote their spirit and responsibility in organizational consulting work, carry out professional tasks assigned by individuals, contributing to the completion of the tasks set out by the agency./.
