Agree to compensate with residential land for 2 households in Ninh Giang located in the Nam Dinh I 500kV transmission line project

Hai Duong has completed handing over the entire site of the 500kV Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi transmission line project through the province to the investor and construction unit.

These are the last two households whose land is located in the Nam Dinh I-Pho Noi 500kV transmission line corridor through Hai Duong province, and whose land must be reclaimed for site clearance. The households have proposed to be compensated with land.

Considering that the new residential area of ​​Hao Khe, Hung Long commune (Ninh Giang) has 2 rural land lots with equivalent location, area, and value and the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district has conducted auctions 3 times but failed, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to agree to adjust the 2 residential land lots in the new residential area of ​​Hao Khe from land for auction of land use rights to land for compensation for people whose land is recovered to implement the 500kV Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi transmission line project in Hai Duong. This decision is based on the proposal of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district.

Thus, the entire 500kV Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi transmission line project through Hai Duong has completed handing over the site to the construction unit.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3166/QD-UBND dated November 18, 2022 on changing land use purposes (phase 1) to auction residential land use rights at the new residential area of ​​Hao Khe village. In which, the total residential land area is 4,412 m2, arranged into 46 lots.
