Following the staff's instructions, the cows developed very well, and in less than a year they gave birth, my family was very happy. In addition to grazing, my family members and I took the time to cut grass for the cows to eat, and regularly clean the barns. Good care and healthy cows will be the motivation for the family to overcome difficulties and escape poverty.

H'Nghim Triet (born in 1985) and Y Phi Nie, Ea Drai A village, Tan Tien commune, have 5 children. Their main income depends on 2 sao of rice fields and a little land for growing short-term agricultural crops. They and their children work for hire to make ends meet. Therefore, H'Nghim's family cannot escape poverty. At the end of 2023, her family was supported to have 1 child give up giving birth to develop the economy under the National Target Program 1719.

Ms. H'Nghim Triet, Ea Drai A hamlet, Tan Tien commune said: She will take good care of the cows so that they can grow into a herd, because this is an opportunity for her family to step out of poverty.

Ms. H'Nghim shared: My family was very happy to receive the cow support. When we first received it, it was still skinny. We took care of the cow according to the staff's instructions and it grew well. Up to now, my family's cow has given birth to 1 calf. If we take good care of it, the cow will grow into a herd, creating a stable source of income for the family. This is also an opportunity for my family to gradually step out of poverty.

According to the report, Tan Tien commune was supported with 41 cows from the National Target Program 1719, of which Ea Drai A village received 20 cows. All households receiving the supported cows joined the community group to encourage, help each other, and share experiences in the care process. Helping ethnic minorities rise up

Implementing Content No. 1, Sub-project 2, Project 3 to support production development according to value chain, National Target Program 1719, Krong Pac district has supported 362 cows and 48 goats were given to poor ethnic minority households in the communes of Ea Yieng, Tan Tien, Ea Hiu, Ea Uy, Vu Bon, Krong Buk, and Ea Phe. The management board of the project to support the development of community-based cattle breeding production in the commune regularly inspects and encourages people to take care of breeding animals.

Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department of Krong Pac district, Pham Hong Thai, shared: Based on the review according to the proposal of the People's Committee of the communes, it is expected to allocate the number to each commune. The People's Committee of the district directs the communes to hold meetings with people in the villages and hamlets that are supported for evaluation and group meetings to unify the selection of implementation content, elect group leaders and deputy group leaders to manage each group.

At the same time, establish a Project Management Board to support the development of community production of breeding cows. Based on the group meeting minutes, the communes agree on the implementation content and notify people to register.
