Forecast today (October 4), in Binh Thuan , Southern Central Highlands and Southern regions, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 15-30mm, locally over 70mm.

Thunderstorms may produce tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rain may cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.
