According to the Ministry of Transport , for now, vehicles traveling on these two routes do not have to pay fees.

Nha Trang - Cam Lam Project.

These are component projects invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) under the North-South Eastern Expressway project in the 2017-2020 period. Of which, the Nha Trang - Can Lam project is the first section to reach the finish line, with the main route construction time shortened by 3 months compared to the plan.

The project is over 49km long, with 4 lanes and a roadbed width of 17m. Total investment is over 5,500 billion VND.

Nearly 80 km south of Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway is more than 100 km long with a total investment of 10,853 billion VND, started construction in September 2020,

In the phased phase, the project is invested with a scale of 4 lanes, roadbed width of 17m, the excavated and raised sections have a scale of 4 lanes, roadbed width of 32.25m. The total investment of the project is more than 10,800 billion VND from the State budget.

After the two expressways Nha Trang - Cam Lam and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet are put into operation, the time from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang (more than 420 km) will be significantly shortened. Of the 5 expressway sections (Ho Chi Minh City - Dau Giay, Dau Giay - Phan Thiet, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao, Nha Trang - Cam Lam), only the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao section (more than 78 km long) has not been completed.
