As reported, the Hoang Van Bon - Thien Tan route is more than 6km long, starting at National Highway 1 (Tan Bien Ward, Bien Hoa City) connecting to Provincial Road 768 (Thien Tan Commune, Vinh Cuu District). This is also the route connecting to Binh Duong Province through Thu Bien Bridge.
During the field trips, Tuoi Tre Online witnessed firsthand the suffering of the people and drivers going in and out of Hoang Van Bon Street. Motorbikes, trucks, and passenger cars moved slowly and precariously on the mud.
According to records, the BOT road is about 1.4km long, from the intersection of National Highway 1 to the intersection with Nguyen Truong To Street, there are hundreds of potholes. The road surface is peeling, bumpy, and muddy like traps for road users.
