Detective Conan , often abbreviated as Conan, First published in Japan in 1994 and has so far published 105 volumes. The story revolves around a 17-year-old student detective named Shinichi Kudo who shrunk into a 7-year-old boy named Conan Edogawa after drinking a poison. Conan then moved in with his close friend Ran Mori's family, whose father is also a detective.

With a genius brain in the form of a child, Conan constantly solves complex cases and tracks down the criminal organization that harmed him. The thrilling plot, the difficult cases and the storyline interwoven with emotional and romantic elements have made Conan became a detective comic series loved by many readers.

In Vietnam, Conan is considered a national series associated with the childhood of generations 8X, 9X. However, the fact that the series continues to drag on, the massive character system and many continuously added connections make many fans eager to reveal the final ending.

Childhood and youth with "Conan"

Mr. Nic Huynh (33 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) read Conan since 1997, said that the series immediately impressed him as a 7-year-old boy - the age of the young detectives in the story - because of its novelty, attractive plot and "breath of life" in the story. Ms. Phuong Thuy (26 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) started reading Conan since the age of 10, more than 16 years now. She said that this is the series that made her realize that she "likes detective stories, likes watching detectives solve cases and guess who the culprit is".

In 5th grade, Ms. Thuy accidentally saw and read volume 12 available at her cousin's house. She found the story so interesting that she went to her cousin's house to look for more, but it was no longer available. She said her aunt took her to the back of the house, rummaged through a pile of old story books that she planned to sell for scrap, and "was so happy that she found a few more volumes." After that, Ms. Thuy started going to the library to find volume 1 to read, embarking on a journey with the detective. Conan until now.

Although she does not participate in offline activities, exchanges, or cosplay, Ms. Phuong Thuy regularly updates news about the series and reads case analysis articles on fanpages.

The representative of the admin team of the Facebook fanpage Fan Detective Conan Vietnamese - FDCV said that this community was established with the desire to share new information about Conan from Japan to Vietnamese fans. During the meetings, the group often discussed many cases, the content mainly revolved around Conan's battle with the black organization. This is also a topic that you want the author to mention more to gradually solve the mystery in the new chapters.

Who is the boss behind the black organization and what are the hidden elements of this organization is one of the most hotly discussed topics on forums about Conan . Because once these characters are revealed, it's almost like the "big case" in Conan - The confrontation between the main character Shinichi/Conan and the black organization also ended.
