Signboards of 2 city-level school buildings in Yen So ward

HNP - On the morning of October 21, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Yen So ward held a ceremony to attach a plaque to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Hanoi city for the period 2025 - 2030; the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 for the Construction Project of Phap Van Primary School and Anh Sao Kindergarten.

Phap Van Primary School has a total investment of more than 303 billion VND, with a scale of 30 classrooms, functional rooms, physical training rooms and administrative rooms according to national standards. Construction of synchronous technical infrastructure and auxiliary works including: Yard, gate, fence, flower beds, transformer station, fire prevention and fighting system and other auxiliary items; purchase and installation of synchronous learning and office equipment to meet the school's operational needs.

Anh Sao Kindergarten has a total investment of more than 135 billion VND with a scale of 20 groups of classes, meeting national standards, including: Classroom blocks, administrative block, learning service block, toilets, parking lot, guard house, school yard, transformer station, fence, school gate, fire prevention and fighting; synchronous purchase of equipment and other auxiliary items.

Chairman of Yen So Ward People's Committee Vu Tuan Dat said: The completion and putting into use of two schools to welcome the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the Hanoi Patriotic Emulation Congress, term 2025-2030, not only meets the people's expectations for national standard schools, but is also an achievement that demonstrates the spirit of determination, innovation and creativity of the Party Committee, government and people of Yen So Ward.

The two buildings are spacious, modern, and have synchronous facilities, classrooms, functional rooms, and equipment, fully meeting the requirements of teaching and learning according to national standards.

Both projects started construction on March 21, 2024 and were completed and put into use in September 2025 (school year 2025-2026), completed 2 years ahead of the approved implementation time. With the spirit of saving and optimizing costs, the two projects have achieved high economic efficiency, in which the Phap Van Primary School project has saved about 13% and the Anh Sao Kindergarten project has saved about 21% compared to the total approved investment.

We pledge to continue to direct Phap Van Primary School and Anh Sao Kindergarten to effectively manage, exploit and use this new facility, improve the quality of comprehensive education, and be worthy of being a key project at the city level," emphasized Chairman of Yen So ward People's Committee Vu Tuan Dat.
