Specifically, compared to 7 days ago, the price of RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) decreased by 480 VND, down to 19,720 VND/liter; the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 490 VND, down to 19,130 ​​VND/liter. Diesel and kerosene also decreased compared to 7 days ago, respectively to 18,600 and 18,430 VND/liter. Similarly, fuel oil decreased by 570 VND/kg compared to 7 days ago.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market in the past 7 days has been affected by many factors such as OPEC+ announced an increase in oil production in November but lower than expected; global oil demand tends to weaken... With the above factors, world fuel prices in recent days have decreased compared to the previous period. Each barrel of RON 95 gasoline has decreased by 2.9% on average to 78.3 USD; diesel oil decreased by 2.6%, and mazut by 4.6%.

Currently, the fuel price stabilization fund of some domestic key enterprises still records a large positive level because this fund has not been used in many recent management periods. The balance of the fuel price stabilization fund as of the end of the second quarter is more than 5,614 billion VND.
