Vibrant melody of pride in the Port City

On the evening of September 1, at the square of Hai Phong City Theater, thousands of people in the Port City and tourists enjoyed the vibrant art program "Proud Melody" in joy and excitement to celebrate National Day September 2.

The program is directed by the Department of Culture and Sports of Hai Phong and implemented by the City Cultural Center with the artistic direction of Director of the Cultural Center Do Thi Khanh Huong.

Music director: Artist Thai Son; choreographers: Meritorious Artists Van Dung, Thanh Nam, Tien Thuan, Thuy Hau, Phong Thieu, Dinh Phong, Thu Trang, Quang Anh, Ngo Trang...; with performances by artists Sao Mai Hong Duyen, singers Dat Ozy, Khanh Ngoc, Le Cuong, Tuan Long, Hoang Vuong, Ngoc Hieu, Duc Dai, Nam Giang, Minh Hai, Hai Phong Song and Dance Troupe, Hai Phong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism, Hai Phong Children's Cultural Palace Art Team, Lavish Dance Group and Vhunter Kids Dance Group.

The art program brought a vibrant atmosphere to the audience, creating excitement for everyone to celebrate Independence Day.

Proud of the glorious tradition of the Party, of Uncle Ho and of our entire nation in the 78 years since the country's independence, generations of Hai Phong city residents have made unceasing efforts in the struggle to protect independence, building the country and the city to become increasingly civilized and modern.

In particular, during the recent turbulent times, the Port City has still transformed itself to develop strongly in all aspects and is among the top localities with the leading socio-economic growth rate in the country...

With art pieces such as: "Vietnamese Spirit", "Vietnam Brocade" and "Love of the Port City" elaborately staged with majestic, vibrant songs, filled with a joyful, exciting atmosphere, as if encouraging everyone to happily welcome Independence Day with many better wishes.

Moving on to the "Vietnam brocade" section with the songs: "Hello Vietnam", "My beautiful country", "Lovely mountains and rivers", "Beautiful Vietnam", "Proud melody"... as if introducing to friends from all over the world a beautiful Vietnam, always dynamic, creative, full of vitality, rising strongly and always open to welcome friends...

And the songs: "I love the Port City", "Hai Phong ta", "Shrimp and fish song", "City life rhythm"... are like introducing the love for Hai Phong city to generations of people of the Port City who are sharing the same aspirations and wishes to build and develop the city to reach modernity and international integration...
