Giong Rieng brings administrative procedures and digital technology to the grassroots level

On the morning of September 13, in Giong Rieng commune, the Commune Public Administration Service Center organized the launch of the Mobile Administrative Procedure Reception and Resolution Team and deployed the Community Digital Technology Team in So Tai hamlet.

People are supported in completing documents and signing papers at the mobile administrative procedure reception point of Giong Rieng commune.

According to the plan, the Mobile Administrative Procedure Reception and Resolution Team will be organized twice a month on Saturdays (weeks 2 and 4) at hamlets or suitable locations. People and businesses will be supported in resolving many areas such as household registration, certification, land, business licenses, social insurance, etc. At the same time, they will be guided to submit documents online, use public services, make online payments and use public postal services to return results at home.

At the same time, the Commune People's Committee established the So Tai Hamlet Community Digital Technology Team. The team is responsible for propagating and guiding people and business households to participate in using online public services, cashless payments, e-commerce and practical digital applications in life, prioritizing support for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and disadvantaged households.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Dang Quoc Can - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Giong Rieng Commune emphasized: "In the coming time, the Public Administration Service Center of Giong Rieng Commune will establish a Community Digital Technology Team in 36 hamlets".

Leaders and civil servants of the Public Administration Service Center of Giong Rieng Commune presented gifts to poor households and disadvantaged students in So Tai Hamlet.

On this occasion, the Public Administration Service Center of Giong Rieng Commune presented 20 gifts to poor households and students in difficult circumstances in So Tai Hamlet.
