Comments on the Project to amend and supplement Regulation 212 of the Secretariat

The conference was held online to provinces and cities across the country. Attending the conference at the Tuyen Quang bridge were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province.

After 5 years of implementing Regulation 212 of the Secretariat, up to now, there have been some difficulties and limitations related to the arrangement of the apparatus, the arrangement of deputies and the limited staffing situation. The draft fully inherits the principled and relevant contents; only adds some specific contents that are clear, have sufficient theoretical basis, are proven correct in practice, and have high consensus and unity; concretizes the new principles, viewpoints and policies of the Central Committee on the management of the apparatus, staffing and related contents in the documents issued by the Central Committee of the Party from the 13th Congress to the present.

Delegates proposed and participated in many contents to clarify, ensure the strictness and specificity of regulations, consistency between Party documents, and suitability with practical situations, such as: on trade union organizations; names of specialized advisory agencies; contents on regulations on the number of staff and employees to establish a focal point; regulations on mergers and consolidations to ensure conformity with functions and tasks...
