On the afternoon of June 27, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the High School Graduation Exam in Hanoi Vu Thu Ha inspected the preparations for the 2023 high school graduation exam at the exam site of Phu Xuyen A High School (Phu Xuyen district) and Nguyen Trai High School (Thuong Tin district).

The report of the Phu Xuyen District Examination Steering Committee shows that the whole district has 2,654 candidates registered to take the exam at 5 examination sites with 111 examination rooms. Of which, Phu Xuyen A High School has 25 examination rooms with 600 candidates. The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has mobilized more than 80 officials and teachers to participate in the examination supervision at this examination site. These are officials and teachers from many schools, including: Ung Hoa A High School, Ung Hoa B High School and some secondary schools in Phu Xuyen District.

In Thuong Tin district, there are 3,071 candidates registered to take the exam at 6 test sites with 127 test rooms. Of which, Nguyen Trai High School has 25 test rooms with 600 candidates. More than 80 staff and teachers in charge of the exam here were mobilized from Phu Xuyen High School and some secondary schools in Thuong Tin district.

Previously, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that to ensure objectivity, the mobilization of officials and teachers to invigilate exams at exam sites in the city is carried out according to the principle of cross-switching between locations so that teachers do not invigilate students from their own school.

The whole city has 102,095 candidates registered to take this exam, of which 88,831 candidates are taking the exam under the high school education program and 13,264 candidates are taking the exam under the regular education program.

Through inspection of examination rooms, offices of examination site leaders, medical rooms, places to store candidates' belongings... and conditions to ensure security and safety at examination sites, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha assessed that examination sites and localities have proactively prepared well the required facilities.

In particular, learning from the experience of the 10th grade entrance exam, in this exam, the rooms containing exam questions and test papers at all testing sites are carefully prepared and checked, ensuring that there are no extra items or cabinets...

According to Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha, the organization of the high school graduation exam in Hanoi has been prepared very early with a proactive spirit and with the serious participation of many departments, branches, units and localities. The force participating in this exam is also very large. Plans for epidemic prevention and control, ensuring traffic safety, handling unexpected situations... have been carefully prepared.
