From now until the Mid-Autumn Festival, two inspection teams from the Hanoi Food Safety and Hygiene Department will strengthen inspections of food safety assurance at hotels of 3 stars or higher that produce and trade moon cakes; at the same time, they will take samples of cakes for quality testing.
