Hanoi deploys 8 groups of tasks to develop the private economy

To fully and timely implement the goals and tasks in Resolution 68-NQ/TU, Hanoi clearly defines tasks and assigns specific tasks to departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of communes and wards, in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results", realizing the goal of making the private economy the core force, contributing to building the capital Hanoi "Cultured - Civilized - Modern".

The plan to implement 8 groups of tasks and solutions includes: Renewing thinking, reaching high consensus on awareness and action, arousing national belief and aspirations, creating new impetus and new momentum for private economic development; promoting reform, perfecting and improving the quality of institutions and policies, ensuring and effectively protecting ownership rights, property rights, freedom of business, equal competition rights and ensuring contract enforcement of the private economic sector.

The city facilitates the private economy to access resources of land, capital, and high-quality human resources; promotes science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, effective and sustainable business in the private economy; strengthens connections between private enterprises, private enterprises with state-owned enterprises and FDI enterprises.

In particular, rapidly forming and developing medium and large enterprises, private economic groups of regional and global stature; substantially and effectively supporting small and micro enterprises and business households; promoting business ethics, promoting social responsibility, strongly promoting the entrepreneurial spirit, creating all favorable conditions for businessmen to participate in national governance.

The City assigns heads of departments, branches, sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to base on this Plan, according to their functions and tasks, to develop detailed plans to implement tasks, clearly stating specific tasks, progress of completion each month, focal points for implementation to unit level, and responsibilities of the heads.

The city's departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards review and evaluate the implementation of the Plan quarterly, report to the City People's Committee; propose appropriate management solutions; send to the Department of Finance to synthesize and report to the Ministry of Finance and the Government according to regulations.

The Department of Culture and Sports, Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Economic and Urban Newspaper, Hanoi Radio and Television closely coordinate with agencies and localities to disseminate the Plan; propagate and mobilize the business community and people to understand and actively participate in its implementation.
