The seminar has opened up and expanded awareness of the socialization of literary and artistic activities in the current period; affirmed the role and contribution of businesses and entrepreneurs in the field of literature and art. Through socialization activities, artists and writers create many new valuable works, serving the cultural and spiritual life of the people in the spirit of Resolution 23-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2008 of the Politburo on continuing to build and develop literature and art in the new period. Mr. Le Thanh Hai, Chairman of Babeeni Vietnam Group, spoke at the seminar on the accompaniment of enterprises in the socialization of literary and artistic activities.

Difficulties and challenges in implementing the socialization of literary and artistic activities were also raised by delegates at the seminar, such as: funding to support literary and artistic activities needs to be continuously ensured; the impact of socialization on the creative process of artists; mechanisms and principles for building links between businesses and sponsoring units in supporting literary and artistic activities, etc.

Delegates participating in the discussion also proposed the need for mechanisms and policies to facilitate organizations and individuals to carry out activities to support the development of literature and art, spread appropriate socialization models, and promote propaganda and promotion of literary and artistic works.

Resolution No. 04-NQ/HNTW on “Some cultural and artistic tasks in the coming years” passed by the 4th Conference of the 7th Party Central Committee on January 14, 1993, clearly stated that culture and art are the cause of the whole society. This Resolution is also the beginning of the policy of socializing cultural and artistic activities nationwide. In recent times, the Hai Duong Provincial Literature and Arts Association has initially implemented many programs to socialize literary and artistic activities and has brought about certain results. The Association has coordinated with Babeeni Vietnam Group, a number of units inside and outside the province to organize creative camps, fine arts and photography exhibitions; connected with a number of publishers to support book printing for members; organized Vietnam Poetry Day...

On this occasion, the Hai Duong Provincial Literature and Arts Association awarded certificates of merit to Mr. Trinh Nguyen Phuong, Director of the Northwest region and Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Director of Thanh Dong Art Center of Babeeni Vietnam Group for their outstanding achievements in socializing literary and artistic activities in 2023.
