Hai Duong builds 2 pilot models to implement the set of criteria for civilized behavior in public places

After implementing two pilot models to implement the set of criteria for civilized behavior in public places, Hai Duong will expand to many other localities in the province (illustrative photo)

Hai Duong selected two villages, Ngoc Hoa, Vinh Hoa commune (Ninh Giang) and Dong Xa Nam village, Dong Cam commune (Kim Thanh) to deploy pilot models of villages and residential areas implementing the set of criteria for civilized behavior in public places in 2024.

From March to December 2024, these localities will organize visual propaganda activities through billboards, boards, and signs installed at public places; disseminate the content of the criteria through competitions, cultural and artistic performances, poetry club activities, etc.

In the above localities, the specific contents of the criteria set will be associated with the development and implementation of village covenants and conventions in residential areas; as a basis for considering and awarding titles of cultural families; cultural villages and residential areas; culturally qualified agencies, units and enterprises; criteria for building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, etc.

In June 2023, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province issued the "Criteria for civilized behavior in public places in the province". The criteria are a measure of the behavior of organizations and individuals in public places. Building the above two pilot models as a basis for replication and dissemination to many localities in the province.
