Y Jut Primary School (Buon Don Commune) has two campuses in Jang Lanh village (5 km from the main campus) and Drang Phok village (18 km from the main campus). In previous years, students from Jang Lanh village campus would return to the main campus to attend the opening ceremony; then school leaders would go to Drang Phok village campus to organize the opening ceremony for the remaining students. This year, the Board of Directors of Y Jut Primary School has developed a plan to organize the opening ceremony at the same time for nearly 700 students of the school.
According to statistics from the Department of Education and Training, in the 2025-2026 school year, the whole province has 136 students (25 preschool children, 69 primary school students, 33 secondary school students, 9 high school students) who moved with their families from schools in the East to schools in the West of the province to study. |

Students in grades 1, 9, and 12 will also return to school on August 22, 1 week earlier than the other grades, and 2 weeks before the opening ceremony. Thanks to this, they have had a smooth start to the school year: familiar with the school and class; have more time to thoroughly prepare for the curriculum of the first year (grade 1) and the final year with important exams.
According to Ms. Ho Truong Thi Thai Kieu, Principal of Au Co Primary School (Tuy Hoa Ward), since August 22, first graders have returned to school to get acquainted with the environment, teachers, new friends and have reduced confusion when moving from preschool to primary school. "The fact that first graders returned to school early is an opportunity for teachers to check books and school supplies, stabilize discipline, create a comfortable mindset for students and prepare for the opening ceremony," Ms. Kieu said.
Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan said: In the 2025-2026 school year, the education sector will promote scientific research, innovation and digital transformation in the education sector from educational programs to the deployment of software, applications, use of artificial intelligence in management and teaching, reform of administrative procedures; focus on investing in infrastructure to meet digital transformation, ensuring safety and security for digital transformation in the education sector.
