HLU Debate Tournament 2024 - The Glorious Battle of Debate

(NADS) - The "HLU Debate Tournament" is a debate competition organized by the Lawyers' Skills Club under Hanoi Law University.

With the desire to build and develop a professional and competitive debate environment for students nationwide and Vietnamese students living and studying abroad.

This program is not just an academic playground, but also a source of big ideas and different thoughts that can change society.

Outstanding candidates won prizes at HLU Debate Tournament 2023

Entering its 9th season, HLU Debate Tournament has affirmed its position as one of the most prestigious debate playgrounds, attracting the attention of many debaters and audiences from all over the world. The event welcomed over 250 audiences to attend the Final Night in person at the 2023 tournament.

After nearly 1 month of opening applications (November 14 - December 12), this year's tournament has gathered more than 30 debate teams from universities across the country, promising to bring remarkable innovations. The rounds will be organized strictly and emphasize accuracy in evaluation. This is also a stage for contestants to show their creativity. The debate topics are designed to deeply explore the most concerned social issues, from climate change, gender equality, to the role of technology in the digital age.
