Supporting resources of more than 200 million VND for people of Tuy Duc commune from the Green Summer Campaign

On July 28, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education Volunteer Team coordinated with the local authorities to organize the inauguration and handover ceremony of the youth project in Tuy Duc commune, Lam Dong province.

The 2025 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign in Tuy Duc Commune attracted the participation of 40 volunteer soldiers who are students from the faculties of Electricity - Electronics, Chemical and Food Technology, Dynamic Mechanics, and International Training of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education. The campaign has established 3 key projects and many meaningful accompanying activities, with a total mobilization value of up to 200 million VND.

At the program, the Organizing Committee inaugurated and handed over the project "Lighting up the countryside roads" in Bu Duong hamlet. The project includes 55 solar lights installed along a 2 km long rural road in the area.

The program also donated a large capacity water filtration system and two children's bookcases to students at primary and secondary schools in the commune, contributing to improving living and learning conditions for local people and students.

On this occasion, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, local Party Committee and government commended and presented gifts to recognize the sense of responsibility and dedication of the volunteers, who brought youthful enthusiasm to the land of many difficulties, contributing to spreading the spirit of humanity and sharing in the community.
