In recent times, the work of mass mobilization in ethnic minority areas has continued to be strengthened, closely linked to real life. The authorities have clearly identified that they must promptly grasp and resolve the difficulties of the people right at the grassroots level, not allowing the frustration to persist.

Local authorities proactively resolve arising issues, avoiding prolonged frustration. One of the key tasks is to guide the People's Committees at the commune level and units to use allocated capital and effectively deploy the state budget in 2025. This is the basis for the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Lam Dong to come into practice, contributing to improving living standards and stabilizing politics and society.

The good news is that the people's lives after the merger are basically stable. People are actively harvesting crops, planting new crops, and plant diseases are under control. The political security situation and social order in the ethnic minority areas are stable, with no "hot spots" of ethnicity or religion appearing. Belief and religious activities take place in accordance with the law, in a spirit of solidarity and harmony.

The authorities pay special attention to advising on policies related to ethnic groups and religions. Notably, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has coordinated with many units to submit to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council for approval a resolution on principles, criteria, and norms for allocating state budget capital and the local counterpart fund ratio in 2025 to implement the national target program on socio -economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas. The resolution was approved by the Provincial People's Council at the 2nd session of the 10th term, on July 16, 2025.

To implement the capital allocation plan, the province has assigned the Department of Finance to draft a resolution to submit to the People's Council for approval. At the same time, the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones are also required to review and identify ethnic minority and mountainous areas according to the level of development.

According to the leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, in the coming time, mass mobilization work will continue to be strengthened. The authorities determined that it is necessary to closely grasp the situation of life, production, thoughts and aspirations of ethnic minorities to promptly remove obstacles. Local authorities need to proactively resolve arising issues, avoiding prolonged frustration. Trust is built from infrastructure projects, practical policies and timely support from the government. From there, each village and each family has more confidence in the future, contributing to the construction and stable and sustainable development of the province in the new period.
