After 24 years of participating in the real estate market, Hoa Phat has built a large-scale project portfolio, especially in the industrial infrastructure sector. By the end of June 2025, the Group's total industrial park land fund will reach more than 2,200 hectares, concentrated in Hung Yen, Bac Ninh , Ninh Binh, Hai Phong and Dak Lak.

Existing projects including Pho Noi A, Yen My II (Hung Yen), Hoa Mac (Ninh Binh) are all located in favorable locations, with convenient traffic connections, and are the destination of hundreds of domestic and foreign enterprises, including American, Japanese, Korean and European corporations. The occupancy rate at these industrial parks reaches about 95% of the area invested in technical infrastructure. The Hoang Dieu project, recently launched, continues to expand Hoa Phat's industrial park network, affirming its orientation of sustainable and synchronous development.

Along with industrial infrastructure, Hoa Phat also left its mark in Hanoi through urban real estate projects such as Mandarin Garden, Mandarin Garden 2, 70 Nguyen Duc Canh building, 257 Giai Phong building. These projects are highly appreciated for their quality, contributing to shaping the urban appearance in central areas.

Participating in this conference, Hoa Phat introduced to the international partner community its capacity to develop land funds, deploy infrastructure and provide comprehensive services to tenants. The connection with the ASEAN - China Association for Promoting Industrial Cooperation opens up opportunities to attract new customers and develop long-term land funds.

In the plan to 2030, Hoa Phat aims to build 10 industrial parks associated with urban service areas, while continuing to improve infrastructure standards and post-investment services to meet the increasing demands of the market.
