Master - Doctor Pham Thi Kieu Trang, Head of the Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department, said that on July 10, Ngoc was hospitalized with high fever, sepsis, severe diabetic ketoacidosis, chin cellulitis, acidosis, poor appetite, high blood pressure, and a developmental disorder (autism).

The baby has just been transferred to the Department of Anesthesia and Resuscitation Surgery for surgery, incision and drainage of pus due to cellulitis. The hospital stay is expected to be very long, the cost of treatment for baby Ngoc is very high, while the baby does not have a health insurance card, and the family's circumstances are extremely difficult.

Her father is paralyzed and has been bedridden for many years and cannot work. Her mother had to quit her job to take care of her at the hospital. Ngoc's 18-year-old brother is the only breadwinner in the family. His unstable job is not enough to cover the living expenses and medicine for his father and sister. The family is almost financially exhausted and is no longer able to manage while the treatment continues.
