The training conference program includes the following topics: Building a strong and comprehensive Veterans Association; emulation and reward work, and political and ideological education work for the Veterans Association.
The conference also focused on implementing Plan No. 29/KH-CCB and Instruction No. 30/HD-CCB dated August 8, 2025 of the Provincial Veterans Association on organizing the Congress of Delegates of the Veterans Association at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. In which, closely following the guiding documents of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association, Directive No. 45-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leading the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Quang Ninh province for the 2025-2030 term. The 8th Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Veterans Association, for the 2025-2030 term, is expected to take place in November 2025.
At the training conference, a number of opinions discussing difficulties and problems at the grassroots level were also directly answered; thereby aiming to improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the team of war veterans in the whole province in the coming time, especially completing the tasks for the last 5 months of 2025.
