Online conference to disseminate the Law on Archives

On the morning of September 19, the Ministry of Home Affairs held an online conference to disseminate the Law on Archives and documents detailing the Law. Attending the conference at the Quang Ninh bridge was Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also attending the conference were leaders, officials, and experts from departments, branches, units, and 54 communes, wards, and special zones.

At the conference, delegates were informed of new regulations in the legal system on archives to meet the requirements of promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo , Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo, and Resolution 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo.

Archiving is an important task in leading, directing and implementing socio-economic development tasks. In recent times, Quang Ninh province has strengthened its leadership and direction in implementing archiving work to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency. In particular, implementing Plan 02-KH/BCĐTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology Development, Innovation, Creativity and Digital Transformation to promote interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation, meeting the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system, the province has actively directed departments, branches, units, communes, wards and special zones to edit, digitize, archive and manage documents and document databases to ensure they are correct, sufficient, clean, alive, unified and shared. Quang Ninh strives with the highest determination to basically complete the editing, digitization, storage and management of documents and document databases by 2026.
