The political report and speeches at the congress clearly stated that in the 2021-2025 term, the women's movement and women's work of Military Hospital 211 closely followed political tasks, organized a vibrant and widespread movement, and successfully completed the set tasks and goals.
Notably, building a team of association officials and members with comprehensive development, strong political will, strict compliance with laws and discipline, and good performance of tasks; doing a good job of supporting members in developing family economy , cultivating good values of Vietnamese families, and building happy families.
Building a strong association organization, effectively implementing gender equality, participating in building a strong and exemplary clean Hospital Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Hospital that is "exemplary and exemplary". During the term, 8 members were admitted to the Party; 12 topics and initiatives were applied in performing tasks, including one topic at the Ministry of National Defense level; many collectives and individuals were commended at all levels.

The congress discussed and pointed out limitations and shortcomings, summarized lessons learned, determined directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. Therein, focusing on implementing "three breakthroughs": Improving the quality and effectiveness of the association's movements, models and campaigns; promoting digital transformation, improving digital capacity for association officials and members; promoting gender equality, improving the quality of female staff, maintaining and increasing the proportion of women participating in leadership and management of departments, boards and hospital boards of directors.
Strive for 100% of association officials and members to be equipped with basic digital knowledge and skills; association officials know how to interact safely in the digital environment, proficiently use digital transformation applications to serve their work; 100% of members are doctors and medical staff who make good use of electronic medical records and files; each women's group has at least one model and product associated with digital transformation and the "Digital Education for All" movement...
The congress will work until September 30 to carry out the tasks of the congress.
