Chiều ngày 22/9, Bộ Tư pháp phối hợp với Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tổ chức hội thảo “Nhận diện điểm nghẽn và đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục liên quan đến lĩnh vực đất đai” theo hình thức trực tiếp kết hợp trực tuyến kết nối với 34 địa phương trên cả nước.

At the workshop, delegates, experts and representatives of the business community discussed to identify policy and institutional bottlenecks and difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing the implementation of land laws. In particular, focusing on issues that are not clearly regulated, conflicts causing difficulties in implementation; issues arising from practice but not covered or adjusted by law in a timely manner; issues that are no longer appropriate, causing negative impacts, creating legal loopholes.   relating to land law;   Major policy issues of the Land Law such as land prices, land recovery, compensation, site clearance...   At the same time, propose breakthrough solutions to remove bottlenecks, ensuring that land laws are increasingly improved, synchronized, transparent, feasible, effective and efficient.

The workshop is a step to concretize the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the working session on September 18, 2025 with the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee on major orientations in amending and perfecting the Land Law. The workshop has practical significance in the context of the Party and State strongly directing the amendment and supplementation of the Land Law, a fundamental and important law related to all activities of economic and social life and having a pivotal relationship with other laws such as: Law on Planning; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Investment... expected to be submitted to the National Assembly at the upcoming 10th Session.
