Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the Commune People's Council Bui Thi Thu Hien emphasized that the fourth quarter of 2025 is a pivotal period with a large amount of work, requiring the entire political system to promote solidarity and decisive action. The focus is to continue to innovate leadership methods, improve political and ideological work, mass mobilization, build a work program for the entire term, and at the same time carefully prepare for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In terms of long-term orientation, the commune strives to achieve the following targets by 2030: 60% of commune officials have a master's degree, 100% of party members are proficient in administrative procedures and digital platforms; average income reaches 130 million VND/person/year; 50% of residential wastewater is treated; each village has at least one OCOP product; complete the dossier for recognition of intangible cultural products, upgrade the brand of Van Dinh grass duck. The project to build a cultural street of grass duck cuisine and Van Dinh dishes is expected to become a highlight, contributing to promoting local culture and tourism.

Along with that, the commune promotes the exploitation of public land, develops economic models with brands, expands consumption on e-commerce platforms and supermarket systems; at the same time, plans eco-tourism spots, lotus ponds, and attractive check-in spaces. The specific goal is that by 2027, the commune will meet advanced new rural standards; by 2029, it will reach the model new rural finish line, gradually realizing the aspiration to build Van Dinh into a civilized, modern, and unique urban area.
