More than 2,500 Da Nang teachers participate in STEM and AI education training

DNO - On the morning of August 13, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang city organized a training program on STEM education (education applying science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and artificial intelligence (AI) application for more than 2,500 preschool, primary, secondary and high school teachers.

Preschool, primary and secondary schools are trained in STEM education ; primary, secondary and high schools are trained in AI application education in digital transformation. Preschool teachers in particular have access to the Schoolup digital transformation software system.

According to Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Tran Nguyen Minh Thanh, the training program aims to improve professional capacity, help teachers grasp modern educational trends; integrate science , technology, engineering and mathematics into teaching. Thereby stimulating creative thinking and problem-solving skills for students.

The application of AI and digital transformation software also contributes to innovating teaching and management methods, creating a flexible learning environment, suitable for digital transformation requirements in the education sector, meeting the goal of developing high-quality human resources of the city.

After the training course, the city's education sector will continue to organize more specialized training sessions to support teachers at all levels in improving their teaching capacity and effectively applying new technology.

The training program took place over two days, August 13 and 14, with the participation of 2,500 officials, teachers of all levels and education specialists in 93 communes and wards in the city.
