“Because the damage was so great, beyond the local support capacity, we have proposed that the Provincial People's Committee have a timely support plan to help people overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives. Within the local capacity, the commune has been implementing measures such as helping people clean up fallen trees, pruning damaged branches, and instructing people on disease prevention measures for ginseng after the storm, so that no household is left behind,” said Mr. Quang.
