On the morning of October 2, Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Head of the Central Organizing Committee presented the Politburo's decision on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Ho Van Nien - Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Ho Van Nien was born on October 15, 1975, in Dak Po commune, Gia Lai province, Ba Na ethnic group; Bachelor of Law, senior political theory. Mr. Nien is a member of the Party Central Committee, term XII (alternate) and term XIII.
Before being appointed as Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Mr. Ho Van Nien was Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Gia Lai province.
Previously, on the afternoon of October 1, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo's decision.
Accordingly, the Politburo decided that Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
