According to the report of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions at the meeting, the communes and wards have established the Steering Committee for the National Target Program 2021 - 2025 and issued all documents of the Steering Committee of the Program. In the operating regulations of the Steering Committee of the communes and wards, specific tasks have been assigned to each member and related departments, offices and professional units associated with the assigned functions and tasks.

At the same time, communes and wards have issued Resolutions and Decisions to allocate implementation funds, issued Plans to assign relevant departments, offices, and specialized units of communes and wards; residential groups, villages, and hamlets based on their functions and tasks to proactively implement assigned projects and sub-projects, linking the implementation of goals, tasks, progress, and quality of implementation with the responsibilities of heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies, and units. In addition, promote the organization of integrating the propaganda of ethnic policies in general and the Program in particular in conferences to propagate and disseminate legal policies; through the information and communication system, community training courses, in grassroots democracy regulations and ethnic and religious work; legal regulations directly related to the lives of ethnic minorities in particularly difficult communes and villages.

Projects with relatively good disbursement rates include: Project 4: Investing in essential infrastructure to serve production and life in ethnic minorities and mountainous areas and public service units in the ethnic sector; Project 5: Developing education and training to improve the quality of human resources; Project 6: Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development...

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved, the shortcomings and limitations in implementing the Program and proposed and recommended solutions to effectively implement the Program in the coming time.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tong Thanh Hai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the efforts and proactiveness of the provincial departments, branches, and communes and wards. He requested that by October 30, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions - the standing agency - coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant sectors to completely resolve difficulties and problems, especially the task of allocating development investment capital from the central budget in 2025.
