The Ring Road 4 project – Capital Region passes through Dan Phuong district with a length of 6km, the total area recovered for the project is 72.4ha. Of which, the land area that does not need to be cleared (river, dyke) is 7.78ha. The land area that needs to be cleared is 64.62ha.

The total number of graves that must be moved to implement the project is 1,678 graves.
Regarding compensation and support for site clearance, the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district has issued 1,209 decisions approving compensation and support plans, with a total amount of 457.88 billion VND.
The total amount of money paid so far is 453.63 billion VND, of which 1,199 households were paid, the total amount is 447.7 billion VND, the project clearance area is 40.0 hectares of agricultural land, reaching 99.33% and 5.93 billion VND for households moving graves.
Regarding residential land, the total number of recovered land plots is 112 plots (120 households), with an area of 1.93 hectares. The district has issued 106 notices of land recovery for 106 households, with an area of 1.62/1.93 hectares, reaching 83.5%; there are 14 plots that have not yet issued notices of land recovery for 6 households in Hong Ha commune, with an area of 0.32 hectares.
The total area of land clearance is 70.3/72.4 hectares of the entire project area, reaching 97.1%.
Dan Phuong District strives to complete 100% of the site clearance work for the Ring Road 4 Construction Project - Capital Region by December 31, 2023, and hand it over to the investor. The work of moving graves to the cemetery is guaranteed to be on schedule.
